I. Customization Process and Timeline
1. In addition to our existing nebular light designs, we also offer custom services. The process is as follows: custom requirements communication → design confirmation → cost approval → tooling construction → sample making → testing and optimization → sample approval. The entire cycle is typically 60 days, but longer if the product structure is complex. Subsequent mass production follows the ISO quality management system and comes with a 3-month warranty.
2. Simple Customization
Customization Items
Logo Printing: Single color printing; Multi-color/Special process. AI/EPS format files required.
Product Color: Basic color, special color and process.
Custom Color Box: All right-angled box, PDQ, cut case.
Custom Instruction Manual: Single or Multiple Color printing.
3. Sample Policy
Sample Fee: Samples can be provided for testing and quality inspection after confirmation of cooperation intention. Sample fees will be quoted separately based on specific customization requirements.
Sample Fee Refund: Sample fees can be fully refunded after order placing.
Sample or Prototype Lead-time: Around 3-5 working days for current design samples. Small batch of customization sampling takes approximately 7-10 days.
Sample Quantity: Minimum order of 1 piece; mixed samples are supported.
4. Deeply Customization and Quality Assurance
Complete Redesign: Product appearance and interaction can be customized, but the core projection technology needs to be adjusted within the existing framework, requiring additional R&D costs if needed.
Quality Certification: All products have passed CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications, and the production process is strictly controlled.
Intellectual Property: An Intellectual Property Agreement will be signed before cooperation. Our design has been patented, protecting the rights of both parties.
II. OEM/ODM Cooperation
Our company supports flexible cooperation, which can be selected according to your needs: OEM & ODM. We offer flexible and diversified cooperation solutions. Leveraging our mature manufacturing capacity and customized R&D strengths, we empower your brand and products to jointly create commercial value.
OEM Manufacturing: Based on your finalized designs and brand, we utilize our large-scale production advantages to rapidly turn your designs into finished goods. We strictly control quality and costs to support efficient brand launch.
ODM Custom R&D: Drawing on our proven technical platforms and product prototypes, we deliver customized development services. This greatly shortens R&D cycles and cuts upfront investment, enabling fast product launch to seize market opportunities.
III. Logistics and After-Sales Service
Production: The standard production cycle for products is 30-40 days, or negotiable depending on the order volume.
Logistics Costs and After-Sales Service: Our quotations are based on FOB Shenzhen terms. Any modifications to the terms will be subject to mutual agreement.
Quality Feedback: If there are any quality issues within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact us promptly and provide relevant documentation. We will provide replacement, refund, or compensation according to the contract.
Warranty Policy: Products are provided with a 3-month warranty period. Non-human-caused damage can be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Repair Process: If quality issues occur within the warranty period, after customer feedback, we will confirm the cause of the malfunction. If it is indeed a product quality issue, free repair or replacement will be provided. Beyond the warranty period, paid repair services will be provided.
Spare Parts Supply: During the cooperation period, a certain percentage of spare parts will be reserved based on order volume to ensure timely after-sales response.
Technical Support: A dedicated customer service team provides 24/7 service (phone/WeChat/email), with a response time of 48 hours for technical issues.
IV. Payment Methods
Our company supports multiple payment methods to flexibly meet the needs of different customers.
Bank Wire Transfer (T/T): Applies to large orders and is recommended for large single orders.
Payment Terms: A 30% deposit is payable upon signing the contract. The remaining 70% is payable after mass production is completed and confirmed to be satisfactory. Shipment will be arranged after payment.
For small fees such as sample fees and express delivery fees, payment can be made to our PayPal account.
For domestic customers who require payment in RMB, please specify whether the price includes tax or not before quoting, and renegotiate the payment terms.
V. Contracts and Law
Key Contract Clauses: The contract must clearly specify customization requirements and acceptance standards, delivery date and location, payment method, intellectual property ownership, liability for breach of contract, etc. Legal review is recommended, and each party should retain a copy.
Patents and Force Majeure: Patent Ownership: The client can apply for a patent for the industrial design provided; the intellectual property rights of our structural design belong to us and can be licensed for use. If the client authorizes another factory to produce the product, it will be considered infringement.
Force Majeure: In the event of a breach of contract due to force majeure events such as pandemics or war, neither party will be liable. The contract can be extended or terminated through negotiation, and official supporting documents must be provided promptly.
VI. Product Services and Support
Document Support: We will provide product images, videos, certification documents, and other compliance materials free of charge after cooperation.
Exclusive Agency: We support exclusive agency cooperation. A formal agreement must be signed, clearly defining the agency area, annual sales targets, rebate policies, etc. Please discuss specific requirements with our offline team.
Certification Assistance: Our products have obtained mainstream certifications such as RoHS, FCC, and CE. For other certifications, we can assist with application and testing, the cost can be negotiated based on order quantities.
